Jordyn Moore is a wife, mom, daughter, friend, and advocate. For the past ten years, she has worked in the social service profession, advocating for those that cannot advocate for themselves.
She graduated from Texas Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has her master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler. Jordyn has a dream to change the stigma surrounding domestic violence and to give survivors like herself hope that they can leave their abuser and redeem their lives.
In her spare time she loves to hang out with friends, volunteer at her church and binge watch a good show. Coffee is her jam and she's been titled a local foodie by plenty.
Gerron is a father, husband, and entrepreneur. He has an eye for business and a heart to help people reach their full potential.
His strategic thinking and passion for research bring fresh perspective and forces the board to answer hard questions.
He owns two businesses and is walking alongside his wife to make her dream of serving domestic violence survivors a reality.
Gerron loves to read, watch sports, learn about investing, and spend time with his family. He is active in his church and strives to bring fresh vision to his culture in business and in life.
Michelle Elder is kind, strong, and compassionate. She is a mom and business owner. Professionally, Michelle went from the world of higher education publishing, to the world of fitness.
Her hope is to make everyone feel welcome regardless of their stage in life. She also strives to make others comfortable, even in the most uncomfortable spaces. In everything she puts her hands to, she strives to push and empower people in their goals.
Michelle has a heart to serve those around her and wants to inspire and help others, especially women, get better one day at a time. Redemption Way is so excited to welcome Michelle to the board, as her heart for the empowerment and overall well-being of women is a gift.

With two sisters and two nieces, Claudea's heart for women is a testament to why she is a great asset to Redemption Way's board.
Her compassion and desire to see people grow and thrive is an asset to what we are trying to build. She also knows how to love people exactly where they are.
Claudea is a foodie, can plan a good party, and loves to travel.
Reggie has a heart for domestic violence and used to work in community engagement for Women's Protective Services.
As the founder of ElRobi, Reggie has a heart for the Lubbock community and brings great vision and direction to the Redemption Way Board.
Reggie brings voice, clarity, and vision as a pillar in the African American Community. He is a part of the 100 Black Men of Texas and truly serves his community in any way he can.
Brooke is an ordained spiritual counselor and specializes in trauma. She has a Master's degree in Biblical counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary and spent a semester at Focus on the Family's Leadership Institute.
Her professional background and the fact that she has 25 years of experience in ministry helps her to bring trauma informed information and compassion to our board.
She currently works as the Executive Pastor Assistant at Church on the Rock while also providing pastoral counseling and counseling for several women in the New Legacy Home community.
Brooke's soft spokenness is not to be misleading. The information that she brings holds strength and wisdom each time. She is a fierce woman of God and loves to dive deep into the issues that face those she counsels.
In her free time, she loves to spend time in nature and with her family.
Tina was born in Dominica and grew up in West Texas. Tina received her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology while attending Southern Nazarene University. Her position as the Executive Assistant at the Lubbock Private Defenders Office has been instrumental in learning the legal system.
Tina enjoys volunteering with diverse organizations. Tina’s involvement in the Lubbock community has emphasized her passion to advocate for the needs of all persons, including survivors of intimate partner violence.
Tina brings a wealth of knowledge and discipline to our board. Not only is she a great professional asset, but she will also be the first to celebrate the small wins.
Susie is a wife of ten years, to Brandon, and mom of 3. She spent 9 years in an elementary classroom but left to start her own business.
Susie is now the founder of Built Social Studio, which serves realtors, interior designers, home builders, and other businesses and ministries in marketing themselves well using social media and various other channels.
Susie loves the Lubbock community and can often be found in a local coffee shop. Her love for natural foods is evidenced by her protein ice cream and fresh milled bread.
She and her family attend Renew Life Church and believe that community makes a difference.
Latrice is a dedicated mom of two boys, balancing family, career, and education.
She has been a Human Resource professional since 2013 and currently works as an HR Generalist at Atmos Energy. Passionate about people and workplace culture, she is also pursuing her master’s degree to further expand her expertise.
Outside of work and studies, Latrice enjoys all things sports and serves on the usher board at her church, embracing her commitment to faith and community.
